Ulrika Josephsson is a distinguished performing arts leader and producer. She began with Birgitta Egerbladh’s dance company and Romateatern before joining Riksteatern, where she co-led Riks Drama with playwright Lars Norén, producing award-winning works. She later served as CEO and Artistic Director at Folkteatern Gothenburg and co-founded Jupither Josephsson Theatre Company. Since 2016, she has curated The Ingmar Bergman International Theatre Festival at Dramaten and is currently a producer at The Royal Opera, Stockholm.
