Meet the Team

Jonathan Ayuba is the co-founder and director of the MUD Art Company, where he also showcases his talents as a puppeteer, dancer and fashion artist. With performances in all four of the company's productions, Ayuba continues to tour and facilitate workshops, sharing his expertise with diverse audiences. Holding a National Diploma in Local government and development studies from Kaduna Polytechnic. Ayuba is driven by a passion for harnessing the power of art, fashion, and film to drive positive change and engage communities. His visionary approach and creative endeavors reflect his commitment to using art as a catalyst for social impact.

Jonathan began hIS work with THE HERDS in Lagos in April 2025, where he joined the week-long puppetry performance program across the city. He is thrilled to be joining
THE HERDS company throughout Europe and the UK between May and July 2025.
