The Emerging Company (E-Co) is a collective of 43 performers from 19 countries worldwide. With a background in a wide range of performance techniques and styles - from dance, to physical theatre and puppetry - the collective was formed in May 2025 for the first journey of THE HERDS through Europe and Scandinavia.
Already highly skilled in their respective fields, E-Co were immersed for 10 weeks in the puppetry performance techniques of Ukwanda Puppets and Designs Art Collective and now continue to perform as THE HERDS in festivals and events worldwide.
