Natty Janfa Emmanuel, popularly known as Nathan Emmanuel, is a cross-disciplinary artist and stylist with The MUD Art Company. He works closely with lead choreographer Ochai Ogaba, contributing to the development, production, and premiere of contemporary dance works. Since joining the company, he has supported various dance projects and toured extensively, performing on international stages across West Africa.
Natty holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Public Administration from Kaduna Polytechnic, Kaduna State. As an independent artist, he debuted his first solo work, SILENCED, a performance advocating for freedom of speech and the importance of having one’s voice heard. He is currently developing his second solo work, exploring the intersection of fashion and dance.
In 2025, Natty worked with THE HERDS in Lagos before joining its European and UK tour. He views THE HERDS as a powerful artistic platform for inspiring change and advocating for climate action.
