Ochai Ogaba is a visionary dancer and choreographer, renowned for his works that
foster healing and create safe spaces. As the founder and artistic director of the
MUD Art Company, he leverages his personal experience as a survivor of ethnic and
religious conflicts in Northern Nigeria to craft art that inspires hope and drives
positive change in his community. His impactful work has earned him recognition,
including the prestigious Prince Claus Fund award in 2022. He continues to
collaborate with esteemed institutions, such as the French Embassy, German
Embassy, Institut Français, and History and Heritage collections, both locally and
